4. Clients and customers are more and more looking for you to lead by example - make yourself your own client first
5. Clients and customers have become increasingly nervous - so reply within your business hours as quickly as you can
6. Clients and customers have also gotten demanding - so be sure to send how we work
7. Clients and customers are increasingly skeptical - give give give with an open palm
8. Clients and customers get nervous when prices are too low - for freelancers, price yourself at least at $1000 per month to be taken seriously
9. Clients and customers are not as willing to sign long term contracts as before - go month to month and wow them every month
10. Clients and customers are watching you on social media - so show up, give value, be consistent, and build community
