Steps to Create Your Plan:

  • Set Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve and by when. Break down your study schedule into manageable chunks.

  • Initiation: Define the project at a high level and secure necessary approvals. Project charter is created here, Assumption log is made and stakeholder register is made in this area.
  • Planning: Develop a detailed project management plan that includes 18 subsidiary plans and 33 documents. This phase involves extensive planning and documentation to ensure all aspects of the project are covered.
  • Execution: Implement the project plan, manage teams, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Monitoring and Control: Track project performance, manage changes, and ensure the project stays on course.
  • Closing: Finalize all project activities, hand over deliverables, and close out the project.
