Step-by-Step Guide

Objective: To clear all formatting from the sales data to ensure a uniform and professional appearance.

Prepare Your Spreadsheet:Open your Excel spreadsheet containing the monthly sales report data.
Select the Data Range:Suppose your sales data is in A2:F30. Click on cell A2, then while holding down the Shift key, click on cell F30 to select this range.If you need to clear formatting from the entire sheet, press Ctrl + A.
