How to Clean Slicer Machine

Good day to all of my respected Colleagues and Boss’s..

Today my Topic is : How to clean Slicer Machine.

Task : How to clean Slicer Machine.

Standard: SOP

Cleaning Step:

For the completed cleaning we need PPE( personal protective equipment) like Safety Hand gloves /Blade Safety Gloves and Apron. Than we need CT(cleaning tools) like Green pad/Brush, Tissue/Towel, Bucket , Hand dish washing Liquid and Sanitizer.

Process - Lets Start

*At first Switch off the Slicer Machine and Set thickness guide to Zero.

*With blade Safety cover remove blade guard and put cover over blade. Clean blade by Dish washing liquid and Sanities it. Replace it immediately after cleaning and sanitizing the blade and guard.

*Wash removable parts with Dishwashing Solution with hot water (43 to 49 degree Celsius) Rinse and Sanities with Sanitizer for at least 3 minuets.

*Clean stationery parts of Machine with Sanitizer, Clean under and around Machine and wipe nicely.

Safety Tips:

Rinse and dry after use For prolonged contact, protection of the skin may necessary.

Do not inhale sprayed product.
