How to clean & Sanitize the table

Steps :?Select the safety equipment's

Standards :?We need PPE (Personal Protective Equipment ) Like Safety hand gloves , hairnet, apron, mask & protective clothes. we need CT ( cleaning tools ) like green pad or steel wool , tissue & etc.

Steps :?Select safety equipment.

Standards :?Ensure to wear gloves, during the cleaning.

Steps :?Select table.

Standards :?

1.????Ensure the table is free from food intended for consumption.

2.????Remove the all debris of the table.

Steps :?Select & check chemical.

Standards :?

1.?Ensure that you select Oasis 133 ( Ecolab )

2.?Spray Oasis 133 solution top on the table and let it soak for 2 minutes.

Steps :?Scrub the table.

Standards :?Scrub the table thoroughly using washing sponge

Steps : Select & check paper towel.

Standards :?Use clean, dry paper towel.

Steps : Wipe the table.

Standards : Ensure you wipe the table thoroughly with the clean paper towel

Steps :?Sanitize the table.

Standards :?

1. Use Oasis 146 sanitizer ( Ecolab )

2. Spray the chemical with one hand distance and keep it for 2 minutes.

3. Make sure sanitizer covers all the areas & corners of table

Steps :?Select & check paper towel.

Standards :?Use clean, dry paper towel

Steps : Allow to dry.

Standards :?Ensure that the table is getting dry by the air.
