How to clean Mixer Machine

OBJECTIVE: At the end of this session, Associates will be able to learn how to complete the task as per the standard

STANDARD: SOP

INSTRUCTIONS

1. PPE Requirement

●        Plastic Apron

●        Rubber Hand Gloves

2.Materials Required

●        Hand Dishwashing liquid D1

●        Scrubbing Pad

●        Scrubber

●        Towel/Tissue

3· Procedure

Step 1

●        Wear all required PPE

●        Switch off /plug out the machine

●        Remove food contents for storage or waste

●        Remove beater and bowl

●        Wash beater and bowl with D1 solution

●        Rinse properly and Sanitize with D10 at least for 2min.

●        Allow to dry

Step 2

●        Scrub up to down of machine with D1 solution

●        Wipe nicely by towel or tissue

●        Sanitize with sprayed D10 solution

Step 3

●        Replace the bowl and beater, if required or store correctly

●        Check and Practical Check.

MONITORING

●        Monitor Cleaning and sanitizing checklist

Control Point

●        Make sure Mixer is well clean

Safety

●        Rinse and dry hands after use.
