How to clean the candy machine

Lets Start -

Steps : Select the safety equipment's

Standards : We need PPE (Personal Protective Equipment ) Like Safety hand gloves , hairnet & apron, mask. We need CT ( cleaning tools ) like green pad , tissue or fresh dry paper towel , chemical & etc.

Steps : Select the candy fox machine

Standards :

1. Ensure that the candy fox machine is switched off.
2. Ensure that you remove the debris from the candy fox machine by using a damp cloth.
3. Ensure you remove the candy fox pot and the cover wash in the pot washing area.

Steps : Select & check chemical

Standards :

1. Ensure that you select Oasis 133 - ( Ecolab ) for cleaning the candy fox machine.
2. Ensure you use the solitaire chemical to clean the pot and the cover - (Hot water very impotent to clean )

Steps : Apply chemical

Standards : Spray Oasis 133 solution to the candy fox machine and let it soak for 2 minutes.

Steps : Select & check paper towel

Standards : Use clean , dry paper towel.

Steps : Wipe the candy fox machine

Standards : Ensure you wipe the candy fox machine thoroughly with the clean paper towel.

Steps : Rinse

Standards : See that you rinse with clean water.

Steps : Select & check the cloth

Standards : See that cotton cloth is dry and clean.

Steps : Wiping & drying

Standards : See that salamander and parts is dry after wiping.

Steps : Install the tray

Standards : See that you install the tray with two hands & make sure all the chemical and cleaning tools should be properly stored after cleaning.
