How Cisco Meraki is Shifting the Paradigm

I often encounter customers "downstream" of the IVR design process: they've usually already written their scripts, and they've most definitely decided on hardware on which to run their phone system. They just need me to voice it -- to give their company an outward-facing identity and hopefully add some humanness and polish.

But for years, I've also encountered numerous prospective clients who just....want it done.

All of it.

They want to hand over their material, and let *me* take it from there. They don't want to bother with programming, coding, converting sound file codecs, or any of the messiness involved with old-school IVR installs. They'd also wish for changes to be painless, and immediate.

For those clients, I have *great* news.
