Choose the Right Diamond Floor Pad
Now the color-coding system is popular to indicate different applications. But as for the EZshine floor cleaning pads, it's necessary to remind the clients what the Grit No. means.
All EZshine floor pads are powered by the Tough-Flex Polycrystal Abrasive Technology. The abrasives are totally different with the conventional floor pads and other diamond pads. So the Grit No. decided what the pads can do or can not do.
XCoarse/Coarse Grit like 50#, 100#, 200# and 400# means they can do heavy-duty preparation jobs such as stripping, deep cleaning. But NEVER use them to polish or burnish the floor. They will leave deep scratches.
Medium Grit like 800# can do floor scrubbing and light stripping works. A good transition step between stripping and polishing.
Fine/XFine/XXFine Grit like 1500#, 3000#, 8000#, 12000# can polish, dry burnish or daily clean your floors. A good way to do daily maintenance work. They're very fine so can NEVER use them to remove scratches.
If you can step by step to use them, the scratches will be removed out and the floor will get clean. Try to use them on a daily basis, the gloss will increase.
