Information technology is an integral part of today businesses operation. Industry is moving toward automation and business are complaining that prospect employee didn't have desired skills to work in their company. Sometime they blame this for our education system which lack providing practical or implementation based study and sometime prospect are not keen to upgrade themselves to secure the position.

I met couple of people online and founds that they are more inclined toward above listed portals but are they long term reliable solution? Will these services will help you to grow your business? With ever chaining there policies, global scenario and increasing the number of freelancers, SME's in developing countries are facing tough challenges. Along with globalisation now a days client know the salary pattern on your countries and not reluctant to hire agency although your rates are very low.
You might say that you have the best team which your competitors also have. You value your client and other so. Might be there something hiding in your SWOT which can be master key for your success and we need to find it asap
