The amount of center shift can be calculated by the formula

[(lens width + nose bridge distance - own interpupillary distance) ÷ 2]

For example, people with wide nose bridges, square faces but small interpupillary distance can choose slightly larger frames, but the size is at most 8mm larger than the interpupillary distance

People with high myopia should consider the thickness of the lenses and choose full-frame plates with small frames.
