How to choose a coach? Wisely...

?? Traditional #coaches are #sports coaches, #success coaches, #leadership coaches, #relationship coaches, #executive coaches, #creativity coaches, #personal development coaches, #brand coaches, #identity coaches, #life coaches, #team coaches, #business coaches, #career coaches; the list goes on...

~ These guys are coaching you through your #conscious into your #subconscious. They are asking you questions, and you are looking for answers. It can be a good experience, it can be a bad experience. If the coach is talented, he or she will tap into your #subconscious too with his or her questions. If you consciously can process his/her questions and find full answers in your subconscious, you might have an insight that will help you to resolve specific issues you would like to work at.

??The downside is that the coach, in order to be truly helpful, should be very talented. If the coach doesn't have enough knowledge, doesn't have enough talent, doesn't have enough people understanding, doesn't have enough life experience which would give a people understanding; after a few sessions, you will hit a block or your conversations will turn into a list of questions 'how do you feel about this? how do you feel about that? what else could you/would you do?'

??

??There are #subconscious coaches: #hypnotherapists, for example, or coaches that are using special #techniques to work directly with the subconscious mind without involving your rational or logical thinking into the process, like traditional coaches. Could be extremely helpful and useful.

#Marisa #Peer and her Rapid Transformational Therapy is the best example of a great subconscious coach.

??

??AND there are #superconscious coaches: what you can call a 'soul coach'. The #soul, in many religious, philosophical, and mythological traditions, is the incorporeal essence of a living being. Soul or psyche comprises the mental abilities of a living being: #reason, #character, #feeling, #consciousness, #memory, #perception, #thinking, etc.

These guys are a rare breed. You have to have a true talent and a true calling to become a soul coach. You won't become a superconscious coach because you finished 3000 coaching degrees.

They have heart, talent, and calling, and when this is backed up by education, well, amazing!

An example from traditional medicine: you can meet plenty of doctors or surgeons or nurses, but you will remember The Exceptional One. The one who treated people quickly, who just saw the diagnose, whose patients were becoming miraculously healthy, recovering quickly even after most demanding operations. You will also remember those who were by the book too, and they were not bad, they were talented, just not the exceptional one.

One of the great examples of a #superconscious coach is Christie Marie #Sheldon.

??

If you have an issue and you feel that you need external help, there is nothing wrong with trying sessions with each one of the mentioned above.

In reality, when it comes to services provided by people for people, whether it is coaching, medicine, teaching, counseling, photography, anything else really, it is all about real talent, kind heart, and true calling, simply to have a knowledge base is not enough.

If someone is offering you services when his or her heart is in something else; and whatever is being offered to you is not their true calling, it will never be as good as it could have been, just like cookies baked by the store and baked by your grandma :) ??????

The choice is yours.
