How Are The Children?

How Are The Children?

Kasserian Ingera! Which means “How are the Children?” Is a traditional greeting among the Masai people of Kenya. They’re acknowledging the high value they place in their culture, which is the children. This is the culturally relevant mindset and values we should have for our children in the school system. As teachers, parents, and administrators we have to ask - How are the Children? If you want to know how the children are, tune into Teaching With Purpose Inc; 2nd Annual Student With Purpose Conference, which is a platform to activate “student voice” to “student decision making” to help change the educational system for the better. The Student With Purpose conference educates, inspires, and informs student leaders, parents, teachers, administrators, and community organizers about the importance of activating student's voices to change education policy.

Again, if you are a Teacher, Parent, Educator, or concerned Community member I highly encourage you to participate.
