How to check your own Uber Rating!

If you're an avid Uber passenger like me, you've probably become accustomed to the friendly service you generally receive and frequently dish out 5-star ratings.

But, have you ever wondered what the drivers actually rate you? We all know that a low passenger rating will stop the good Uber drivers from picking you up (that's the point of the app, right), but did you know that there is a really easy way to check your own rating within the app itself?

Thanks to the help of my colleague, Sherri Sibiski, she showed me how to find this myself. Here is how you do it:

STEP 1: Open the App and hit the Hamburger Icon in the top left hand corner to bring up the Menu and click on Help.

STEP 2: Click on Account and Payment

STEP 3: Click on Account Settings and Ratings

STEP 4: Click on I'd like to know my rating

STEP 5: Click SUBMIT

STEP 6: Be happy, or disappointed...

I don't know if there is a special way to dispute your rating (I'm sure there is for special circumstances), but otherwise it's a good way to think about how you interact with your Uber drivers in the future.
