How to check fuel injectors
The method to test the quality of fuel injectors is:
1. Start the vehicle and ensure that the water temperature reaches the normal range. Without any fault codes, increase the throttle appropriately. The engine speed will quickly increase with the increase of the throttle, and the engine sound is clear and powerful, proving that the engine condition is normal;
2. Start the engine and pull out the fuel injector harness connectors one by one. If the engine shaking intensifies, it indicates that it is good;
3. Dismantle and use an injector atomization testing machine to test the fuel injector and observe its fuel injection condition. If the fuel injection atomization is significantly worse than others, it indicates that it is also bad. If none of the above problems occur, the fuel injector needs to be returned to the production factory for analysis;
4. When checking the fuel injector, the engine speed sensor should be normal, and the fuel pump relay (which provides power to the fuel injector) should also be normal;

5. Check the resistance of the fuel injector. When the fuel injector malfunctions such as blockage or dripping, the engine ECU cannot detect it, and the fault information of the fuel injector cannot be read using a fault reader. The maintenance of the fuel injector can be judged by detecting its resistance and voltage;
6. Detect the voltage of the electromagnetic fuel injector;
7. Detecting the control artery of the electromagnetic injector.
As one of the key components of an electronic fuel injection engine, the fuel injector's operation will seriously affect the engine's performance. Blocked fuel injectors can seriously affect machine performance. The reason for blockage is due to carbon deposition on the fuel injector in the engine or blockage of the fuel injector path due to impurities in the fuel.
