How does a day or weekend of indulgence affect weight loss? I personally do not believe in cheat meals- I like to teach intuitive eating and control.
I find cheat meals or days more often and not lead to binging and lack of control!
While there is nothing wrong for the occasional treat- You still need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Progress can be slowed or set back if cheat days become a regular indulgence!
