In April last year, we created this Diary Of A CEO Parody .

It generated 500K+ organic impressions.

Thousands of like, comments & shares.

Tons of traffic to my LinkedIn & our website.

And helped us reach a wide pool of marketers & business owners who we’d love to work with.

And some of those were impressed enough with the case studies & evidence showing the trackable ROI we generate for other brands.

That they became customers.

But this parody wasn’t a traditional ‘advert’ for our business.

We didn’t talk about how great our marketing services are in it.

So what’s the secret to why this works so well?

We call it: ADVERTAINMENT

We create anti-adverts.

We focus on creating content that our ideal customers LOVE consuming.

Rather than heavily sales-focused content.

This HITS our ideal customers with the wow-factor.

Their first impression is a positive one.

And the marketing ecosystem that we have set up to provide evidence that we are good at what we do does the rest of the work!

This includes things like;

- Data-backed case studies on our website

- Logos of well known brands we work with

- Examples of the content we produce

- Copy that explains our unique value prop

- Testimonials from credible brands

The list goes on…

That’s the secret!

This is what we’ve built our entire business around.

Doing this for other companies.

I suspect ChatGPT told him how to post engaging content, that shows people how to post engaging content using ChatGPT, that shows people how to post engaging content using ChatGPT, that shows people how to post engaging content using ChatGPT... You get my point. There's a lot of high-click pyramid scheme content around, which ISN'T ACTUALLY PRODUCING ANYTHING.
