How Chatbots Will Make You More MONEY! (Case Study included)

I have been having fun with Chatbots (or Facebook Messenger bots), and I wanted to share a neat case study of mine with you as well as some insights that will help you implement a Chatbot for your product or service. Read on below so you can see how these things work and see how much money they can potentially make you! 

If you've never heard of a "Chatbot" allow me to explain this to you briefly, and follow by showing you first-hand. 

To keep it simple this is what a Chatbot is;

"It is a computer program (made by you with use of a tool) that is designed to mimic a conversation with human users."

There is a level of personalization to these chatbots that allows potential customers to feel as if they're communicating directly with a business, which is very powerful. A Chatbot will enable you to have a digital assistant (who doesn't need coffee) working for you while you sleep performing tasks such as answering questions, generating leads & sales, and building a special relationship with your audience through text, video, voice and much more. 

Before I dive into the main points about Chatbots and who can benefit from them, please see this simple Messenger Bot below that generated a ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 482.55% in the eCommerce niche selling physical products.

As you can see this is a relatively simple Chatbot that was built to generate hot leads who are very interested in my client's product. 

It only has four steps to it! Depending on the niche, Chatbots will go much deeper into a conversation and may have many elements added to it so that it is more personalized and full of value for the targeted audience. 

If you see the image below, you'll see the mind-blowing OPEN rates that Chatbots have. I will touch further on this later in the Article, but as you can see, a message sent to 319 subscribers with a 100% open rate (every person opened the message) and a 97.8% CTR to a landing page or funnel. If this doesn't get you excited, nothing will!

You can ask personal questions and find our their Budget, their Goals, their Dreams, ANYTHING! If you're in eCom, you can survey your audience, ask what they want, give them coupons, direct the sale and keep it 100% automated. If automating your profits sounds luxurious to you, it's because it will be. Chatbots will allow you to automate your business growth while being 100% in control of the entire process. 

2.) Building Stronger Relationships with your Audience & Customers. 

- I don't believe I have to go into detail explaining why you would want a strong relationship with your audience a.k.a. People who are giving you cash. Well, if you want them to keep giving you money, you better focus on that relationship sir (or ma'am). Chatbots will allow you to ask questions to your audience and provide them with value without selling them. Doing so enables you to become closer to your audience. Learn what they want, learn how they feel about certain things. You can do this through links to blog posts, personalized videos, free downloads or pieces of training, ebooks; you name it. Whatever you have got that is valuable to them, you can automate it and build a relationship with your audience. It will bring in sales and more profits when you do broadcasts promoting your e-commerce store and product, or your digital training or services. Chatbots are PERFECT in forging lasting relationships. 

3.) Reducing your Marketing Costs & Customer Acquisition. 

- The importance of lowering your ad costs is well known, but how can you achieve this is what most business owners will ask. Well, the answer is Chatbots. Chatbots are the answer to everything. Just kidding. As I have mentioned before (and demonstrated with my case study), you can reduce your Ad costs Significantly using Messenger Ads and Chatbots. Many Businesses are not capitalizing on this unique source of profits. It may be because it is new and requires a bit of technical know-how to utilize it.
