I have been having fun with Chatbots (or Facebook Messenger bots), and I wanted to share a neat case study of mine with you as well as some insights that will help you implement a Chatbot for your product or service. Read on below so you can see how these things work and see how much money they can potentially make you!
If you've never heard of a "Chatbot" allow me to explain this to you briefly, and follow by showing you first-hand.
To keep it simple this is what a Chatbot is;
"It is a computer program (made by you with use of a tool) that is designed to mimic a conversation with human users."
There is a level of personalization to these chatbots that allows potential customers to feel as if they're communicating directly with a business, which is very powerful. A Chatbot will enable you to have a digital assistant (who doesn't need coffee) working for you while you sleep performing tasks such as answering questions, generating leads & sales, and building a special relationship with your audience through text, video, voice and much more.
Before I dive into the main points about Chatbots and who can benefit from them, please see this simple Messenger Bot below that generated a ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 482.55% in the eCommerce niche selling physical products.

As you can see this is a relatively simple Chatbot that was built to generate hot leads who are very interested in my client's product.

I will touch further on this later in the Article, but as you can see, a message sent to 319 subscribers with a 100% open rate (every person opened the message) and a 97.8% CTR to a landing page or funnel. - The importance of lowering your ad costs is well known, but how can you achieve this is what most business owners will ask. Well, the answer is Chatbots. Chatbots are the answer to everything.
