How to Hide or Change or Remove Credit Links or Footer Links in WordPress Themes ??

First of all it is absolutely legal to remove the credit links in the footer but I am not in favor of simply removing the links.

Steps 1: Before change in credit links.

Steps 2: Login your WordPress account and go to Appearance

Steps 3: Select Editor option in Appearance

Steps 4: In Editor  select footer.php form Templates in right side this page.

Steps 5: Change or Remove the appropriate code which is mostly start with <div id="creditline"> then update this file.
