How to Change Your Mindset

How to Change Your Mindset

Didn't we all feel the pain that comes from promising ourselves that we're trying to do something to make our lives better, but end up finding months or years later that we're still living the same life & nothing much has changed?

As a result, we feel low & start thinking we don't have what it takes.

It's easy to think that you are the problem.

What if you're not the problem?

What if the issue is that you have not had the support or the knowledge that determines how much success and ease you encounter in life to change the autonomous framework within you?

That system of autonomy is called "mindset."

Very few individuals install their mentality consciously. It's set up, installed for us as we grow up by watching what our parents say and how they live their lives or what our peers think.

As a youngster, We have a reasonably good attitude on who we can be and what we can do and how much success we can have.

Later on, We start to realize as we go through life that others have more success, more independence, and more fun than we have had.

We start wondering if we can have more equality, fun, and success as well.

We set a target and do our best to accomplish it, but very often find ourselves stuck in the same place. We feel like someone has set an upper limit to how much we can experience ourselves, just like the thermostat setting that prevents a room from getting extremely hot or cold.

So how do you #changeyourmindset?

How do you turn the thermostat up for success?

First of all, you have to look at all of your past mistakes and take a deep breath, and think to yourself, "It was then, but it's here now."

Next, consider a specific purpose that you have. This purpose can be related to your fitness, career, or relationship.

  1. Choose a goal that you had in the past but didn't achieve because your procrastination got in your way or Since you didn't believe you had what it took to do it.

The importance of any goal is not just achieving that goal (although that's nice), but for the development that happens inside you when you extend from someone who can't accomplish a goal to someone who can.

Note that there's a voice that could emerge once you pick that target and remind you about all the reasons why you can't have what you want. This is referred to as your "upper limit."

This voice holds you back while you want to do more; this voice keeps your thermostat stuck on living the life you've been living.

You want your life to have greater freedom and flow.

At the moment, when the voice tells you why you can't kick in, snap back at that voice & say, "I'll talk to you later. I'm busy; I'm focused right now on being the woman (or the man) who accomplishes what I want to achieve."

Then make sure to do something dominant.

2.Now sit down to think and write three small steps which you should take to achieve your objective. These are minimal steps, something you can do in five minutes.

Your mind might tell you that these baby steps are not enough and are not going to get you anywhere, but that's not true!

When you're systematic and persistent, baby steps will take you all the way up to Mount Everest.

3. As soon as you complete those three steps, write down three more steps to take, And so forth.

If you do this, I assure you that you will change your "normal" within two to four weeks.

You'll get a better feeling about yourself. Your confidence level will boost up; your self-belief would have been strengthened.

Every person on earth has got 24hours, no one gets more than 24hours in a day & each one of us has some potential.

If someone is more successful, then it's because they have more awareness and more tools to turn the ability into results.

And now, you, too, have the easy resources to transform ability into your success.
