How to change email id in HDFC mobile banking
Many a times you need to change the email ID registered with our Bank account. You can do it without visiting your bank branch or without opening your laptop to use internet banking. You can update email ID through the Mobile App of your bank.
In this article you are going to learn that how you can change email ID in HDFC bank using HDFC mobile banking App.
If you have not already downloaded the HDFC mobile banking App, you can do so by using the link given below. Link would take you to Play store App, where you can download the HDFC Mobile banking App.
Now as you have downloaded the App, please log in to the App after registering.
When you login to App, you will see below page. Click on 3 lines shown on the top left corner, where ‘Menu’ is written. I have circled the button with RED color for you easy identification.
When you click on 3 dots, you will see the below screen. Now, click on your profile. (Red circled for easy identification)
When you click on ‘Your Profile’, you will see the below page. Now click on ‘Personal Profile’. (Red circled for easy identification)
After clicking on ‘Personal Profile’, you would see below page. Now, click on ‘Change’ given againest the ‘Email ID’. (Red circled for easy identification)
Once you click on ‘Change’, you would see below page. Enter the new email ID which you want to register in the ‘New Email ID’ tab. After that again enter the emaild ID you want to register in ‘Re-enter New Email ID’ tab. Then click on ‘Continue’ button.

When you click on ‘Continue’ button, it will sent a 6 digit OTP to your Newly registered email ID. Check you email ID and enter the OTP in to ‘Enter OTP’ tab. After that click on ‘Continue’.
When you click on ‘Continue’, it will take you to the below page. A six disit OTP would be sent to your Mobile number registed with HDFC Bank. Also, you would need to verify your Debit card details in the subsqent steps. Click on ‘Continue’.
When you click on ‘Continue’, it will take you to the below page. Check your mobile to see the OTP and then enter the OTP in to ‘Enter OTP’ tab. After that Click on ‘Continue’
When you click on ‘Continue’, it will take you to the below page. Now you need to verify your Debit card Details. Enter your ATM pin in ‘ATM PIN’ tab. Select the ‘Expiry Month’ and the ‘Expiry Year’ of your card from the Drop down Menu given in ‘Expiry Date’ Tab. After that click on ‘Continue’.
When you click on ‘Continue’, it will take you to the below page. It says that your request fro Email ID change has been registered. It will be changed within Two days.
