Let me ask you something: Have you ever felt deep down that something wasn’t right but couldn’t quite put it into words? Maybe you had this sense that you were walking through life on autopilot, doing what others told you, despite your gut telling you otherwise. If this resonates with you, I see you—and I want you to know that you’re not alone.?
I’ve been there too.
As a child, I was naturally rebellious, always questioning everything. I had this burning curiosity, but every time I asked “why,” my mom would get so frustrated that she’d slap me in the mouth. I quickly learned to stay silent, to just do what I was told, and to bury that curiosity deep within me. For years, I stopped questioning and conformed to what I thought I was supposed to be.
But once I became a mother, something in me shifted. I craved freedom, not just for myself but for my daughter. I wanted her to be a free thinker, so I started to explore my curiosity again—slowly at first, like someone waking up after years of being asleep. I began to take paths that no one else around me had taken, walking into situations blindfolded, with no roadmap, no guarantee of success.
The truth is, I didn’t always know what I was doing. But I didn’t need to.
I realized that instead of relying on what I knew or what others had proven to work, I could rely on my intuition—something I didn’t fully understand as a child. I was always told what to do, but as I embraced the freedom of trusting the unknown, I found guidance from my spiritual teachers. Anytime I asked, I received. It was then that I let go of everything I thought I knew and welcomed the lessons I was meant to learn.
Here are three powerful lessons I’ve learned along the way, and I hope they empower you to embrace your own freedom:
? Trust Your Intuition, Even When You Don’t Have the Answers
You don’t always have to know the why right away. That’s the beauty of intuition—it’s your internal GPS. The more you learn to trust it, the more confident you become in navigating the unknown. When you stop overthinking and start listening to that voice inside, it will guide you in ways you never imagined.

? Let Go of the Need for Approval
Growing up, we’re often taught to seek validation from others. But freedom comes when you realize you don’t need anyone’s permission to live authentically. Challenge those mainstream narratives that keep you small. The moment you stop caring about what others think, the chains fall off, and your true power emerges.
? Surrender to the Unknown
The unknown used to terrify me, but now I see it as a source of infinite possibilities. When I finally surrendered and let go of trying to control everything, doors opened in ways that still blow my mind. I still have challenges, but I’ve learned to trust that the universe has my back. Surrender isn’t about giving up; it’s about giving in to the flow of life.
???? Now, it’s your turn. You don’t have to walk this path alone, and you definitely don’t need all the answers right now. But you do need to take that first step.
Here’s the challenge: Today, let go of one belief that’s been holding you back from questioning the status quo. Drop the need for all the answers, and instead, lean into your intuition. Take a leap, and trust that the path will reveal itself as you walk it.
If you're ready to take that leap and start living in alignment with your truth, book a call with me and let's figure out how to navigate this journey together. Your freedom is closer than you think!
You got this, but don’t wait. The world needs more free thinkers like you. ??
