In 2021, I worked with a company dealing with unexplained financial discrepancies. Without a centralized system, identifying the source of the problem was nearly impossible. Each branch operated independently, and there was no way to connect the dots.
After implementing a cloud-based, centralized platform, the issue became clear: two employees were engaged in fraudulent activities. The system flagged suspicious transactions, consolidated the data, and even provided evidence like login details and IP addresses.
