How can you have better days? The big question we all ask ourselves each night.
But, before we dig deep into the question, take a moment. Think about how you begin your day? Is it with the thoughts about the things you dread the most, or the ones you actually look forward to?
While the question may seem simple, its answer plays a very crucial role in our lives.
Being grateful for what we have, have had, and what will come gives our day the headstart that 50% of the population cannot. When we thank the universe for the blessings, we open up an abundance mindset, and the more we focus on the good part of the day, the better it becomes.
So, take a moment from your hectic lives and be thankful. Regularly. Regardless of whether you hit your daily goal, received a promotion, or scored well, or not.?
A few days ago. I learnt one of the most common yet unknown expressions of gratitude: Intermittent Fasting. A friend of mine (who was practicing it)explained to me that it was his way of thanking the universe for enabling him to study, pursue his passion and work on it in a family where all of it was not allowed. It helped him to not only count his blessings but also kept him grounded.
Wondering about the other ways to say “Thankyou Universe”?
