1.?????If you are not involved in claims, get involved! Call and check up on them!
2.?????As a claims process is ending, train your claims staff to request a Google Review.
3.?????If someone agrees to give your office a Google Review, immediately text them a link. Do not email it! We have noticed that texting the link is much more successful!
4.?????If they have not reviewed you after 3 days, call them and just ask if they need any help!
Reviews based on how you assisted with claims is going to be more effective, because people look at you as the person who will be there for them if they have a claim, and the person who will make sure they are properly covered!
