How can you create TRUST between yourself and your employees?

Have you thought of a word called “TRUST” in a deeper sense? It is a true and pure game between person to person and learn how to build it? It is deeper like a sea. The reality of its true impact is not visualized in a right sense, do you feel so???
The word, TRUST is more sensitive and has a deeper insight. When you look at it casually, then it has a meaning of normal understanding. It’s like seeing a surface level of a sea. When you look at it with all possible ways of exploring its meaning seriously, then it drives towards a deeper level of understanding and still feel many surprises on the way and bring a thought of “bulb on” moment.

When you attempt to review anything in a normal way, it won’t give a benefit. It becomes so casual and time pass. Due to its normal understanding, the relationship becomes so vulnerable both in personal and business life. That’s why I am insisting you to feel its diligence, then your understanding becomes different.
When you look at the meaning as per WEBSTER Dictionary, it states
Assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something.
?It also means the way of feeling empathy when someone becomes vulnerable.

The below three elements come to mind when I start exploring the reality of trust and it requires balancing too:?
Consistency, Competence?and?Caring.?These are the possible three Cs of building a trust by way of positive thoughts. These 3Cs of triangle keep you folded to see a pearl in a shell.
The word CONSISTENCY means different things in various contexts. It refers to the quality of being consistent or coherent in attitude, behaviour, or performance over a period. It makes you to keep that standard or pattern consistently.
Trust is built with consistency.-??????
When you look at it in a personal relationship, consistency refers to the way of building a trustworthiness in one’s actions and words. It’s a valued trait associated with reliability, stability, and honesty.
It’s an essential and important quality in anyone’s life. It is like a glass and highly fragile too. So, building a strong attitude brings a phenomenal thrust on trust.
How to measure COMPETENCY? When you perform any specific task effectively, then it raises your bar of competence quality. It also encompasses a range of skills, knowledge, habits and behaviors to perform any function successfully.
In the workplace, the competency can be assessed through various ways like conducting interviews, performance evaluation, skills assessment etc. So, building competency gives a person a remarkable trait to move and progress in life. There are two categories i.e., technical, and functional competency which relates to the specific skills and knowledge required for a particular task or job. ?
It allows any individual to perform his or her job effectively, feeling to adapt the changing environment and the progressive can also be witnessed. To maintain the competitive edge over others, it helps them to achieve a high-quality deliverable as per the productivity and requirements.
The art of CARING is important when you identify such people in your team or group. It refers to showing the compassion, concern, empathy, and it can be delivered either through humble words or actions. It’s a fundamental human quality that involves recognizing and responding to the needs, feelings and well- being of others. It’s an act of nurturing relationship, promoting well-being, and creating a quality community. When you get into the soft-skills training and its adaptation, then you will surely realize such trait is important in human psychology.
Why I am highlighting above three traits, then you may realize how effective the word trust becomes. It is not easy to adapt and live with it. It requires lot of quality of work inside of anyone’s heart and feels its impact.
The relationship building personally and officially won’t happen merely through passing an authority. The ego plays a vital role in every human being. He could be a boss or subordinate. I am writing this article highlighting certain important points means, I came across many hurdles and understand its importance after certain stage. Aware of such personality and ensure you are speaking mind to mind with those people. They become a real backbone of your organization and to your personal level also. Trust building is an art, and the real leaders look at its deep level rather than looking at its surface level. Its nurturing and maturity level surpasses your authority level. Then it works through humanly touch.

I have explained the concepts and now, you should also learn, how to visualize it? Then, you could visualize the guidelines of how to address the trust towards the employees.
Before addressing it for your employees, put yourself in the same shoes and review the situation. The groups could vary and just highlighting a sample to take it forward. Being a boss, how do you expect trust to be built between you, your partners, shareholders, employees etc. ?
What do you expect from all? One word is: “TRUST”.

?The above lists are some examples which I have highlighted. There are many more and those could be listed as per your requirements and customize it.
Please remember, the trust won’t happen instantly like instant coffee.
It is a bridge to build safely by reviewing the above and safeguarding the interest of others as per their expectation. Then, you could understand the mutual way of dealing it with people.
The expectation of others may not be known immediately, but it takes time to know by analyzing many ways in day-to-day life activities.
The trust between husband and wife won’t happen quickly.
The trust between boss and subordinates won’t happen fast.
The trust between parents- children won’t occur so fast.
The trust between friends, relatives, neighbours etc won’t happen as soon as possible.
Every action has its own way of happening with a time frame.?Building such a highly valuable skill is an art and it is like a glass in comparison. It became a highly sensitive skill, and it needs to be reviewed at multiple ways with time at varied situation. When you feel something opposite, then take a deep breath and blow out yourself. You need to learn, how to practice it. The self-review and?practice is important before you go outside.
Again emphasizing, it is like a glass and when it breaks, then you can’t see your single face. It is beyond repair.
There may be a day, you come to a definite conclusion about someone whom you love and trust.
How does it happen?
Your subconscious mind is convincing you that this person is nice, then you should realize the value of a person. Because, you had gone through the acid test and have drawn a positive conclusion over a period. ?
Then, he or she should be trusted at any point and in any situation.
For this to happen, you should qualify yourself with certain ethics in you. Below are statements describing a person’s quality. They should believe you when below statements are verified and convinced consciously.
1.???When he/she speaks, he /she delivers and won’t bluff or lie.
2.???When he/she commits, he/ she honors it.
3.???When he/she connects with people, it happens with a real heart (showing real empathy).

When you look at the above points, it looks to be a heavy dosing of words. But it is true. It won't happen in many organizations. It also breaks the chain smooth relationship in personal life too. They throw a heavy dose of false commitments promptly for their jobs to be done. Eventually, you lose your status among employees in the long run though you may be a big boss or leading a top position in a company and mistrust prevails all over. You won't find anyone to trust you as a trustworthy person. It’s a mind game and soft pedaling has the ways to go and not through pressing the button of authority.

So, speak to yourself, about how trustworthy you are. When you whisper confidently with such a positive note, then you find yourself in that place. It helps you to deliver the same to your employees who in turn trust you as well. You should realize that life has a dual communication way for success and to retain that success to be long-lived.
