How can you change your world? ... Now's the time for business leaders to step up, to have the courage to create a better future ... Join us!

I'm just back from Segovia, the fabulous world heritage city in the heart of Spain, with its incredible Roman aqueduct that spans the beautiful old town, the Disney-like Alcazar castle which was a royal palace, and the towering Gothic cathedral that dominates the skyline.

It's an incredible place to bring together business leaders from across the world - this time, with participants from such diverse backgrounds as African PR agency, Chinese railways, African banking, Latin American airlines, Argentinian software, German engineering, Mexican energy, American multi-level marketing, Lebanese food, Spanish fashion, Middle Eastern postal services, and Ukrainian blockchain - just as examples!

The Global Advanced Management Program (Global AMP) is IE Business School's flagship program for senior executives ready to transform the future. It's focused on leaders stepping up to take their organisations to the next level, to explore what happens next, to develop new blueprints for markets and organisations, to drive business and personal transformation. It's about new mindsets, new ideas and insights, and driving practical action.

Over 40 modules, some online to fit in with work schedules, and some physical, where everyone comes together, we explore the future of business. We consider the fast-changing landscape of disruptive technologies, power shifts, social and environmental agendas, and other trends rapidly shaping what happens next. We explore the new opportunities for growth, how to drive more radical innovation, align your organisation and people, and make change happen in more profitable and progressive ways.

Each participant also works throughout the program on their "Gamechanger Project", working with me to create a blueprint for their future business, or even a start-up idea that they've always wanted to develop. Throw in one-to-one coaching to consider your own leadership strengths and impacts, then you start to get a transformative experience, which so many participants say with all honesty "it changed my life".

For me, it's as much about the participants as the academic content, sharing their insights and experiences from every corner of the world, and so many different industries. Some are entrepreneurs with start ups and scale ups, some are leading their family businesses to new places, and some are stepping up to lead large multinational corporations. We're all facing an incredible future, a time of relentless change but also immense opportunities.

It's also about the incredible faculty that we have brought together - some of the world's top business leaders, and most inspiring academics, thought leaders and practical implementors, helping us to learn what's next, what matters, and what works. They come from across the world, brought together as one team for the Global AMP:
