Currently employed job seekers continue to flood job markets in 2023. Many currently employed workers/manager/executives who stayed in the same job for many years valued the safety of their jobs. These sources teach average job search strategies, but you have much bigger than average job search problems. You've already tried what they've suggested - How's that workin' for 'ya?
3. Avoid Online Applications:?Avoid them like the plague ... because they give you horrible odds of success (0.01% chance of landing any job you've applied to online, according to 2 job board studies). There's gotta' be a better way than sending 10,000 resumes.
