There is no need to mention the fact that 2020 through 2021 was a challenging time in human history, just the changes & challenges the Staffing industry alone has faced were great. Many businesses spanning across different industries have overcome these challenges by facing some important lessons head-on and making the necessary changes to attract and retain great talent.

On that note, what is the feeling in the industry right now around salary increases, sign-on bonuses, and other incentives? After all, it is a talent market right now. What is your business doing to improve on your offerings?

·??The client is more forgiving right now on things that would have previously been a deal-breaker. Some examples are resume gaps, COVID layoffs, health issues, childcare/schooling issues, etc.
