How can we help you?
Thank you for subscribing to Square Holes / Think!
We hope you find our weekly updates of value and interest.
As we hit our 20th birthday and near the end of 2024, we thought we'd send you a note to start your week by simply asking, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?
A simple question to start the week.
That is what we fundamentally do at Square Holes: ask questions — simple, but often not.
At the moment, we are working with clients as diverse as those addressing homelessness, selling chocolate, schools, film festivals, emerging artists, brands, and even projects involving biting dogs. This year, our research has explored topics ranging from the environment and entertainment precincts to delicious supermarket products like popcorn and cordial.
Business growth to flourishing cities.
Since 2004 we have been providing support and a fresh outlook for our government, corporate and community clients, with many relationships spanning years. We pride ourselves on delivering impactful outcomes for our clients, nurturing long-term, fruitful relationships, and always leading with curiosity.

Become a client ...
Each of Square Holes’ clients is unique. The best first step is an informal discussion — call us at +61882323355, email us at [email protected], or contact us however you prefer. We’ll respond promptly (but in a cool, relaxed way). How might research help you to optimise growth, innovation or other aspirations? We work with small to large organisations, and customise options to budget and other realities. We do super interesting research.
Here's our case study archives (only a small taster of our eclectic research) ....

So, back to that question ...
How can we help you?
We do not wish to sound needy or desperate for your collaboration, but wouldn’t it be great if WE could create something impactful as we approach the end of 2024?
As our manifesto states, progress is made with 'WE' not 'me'.
"It’s ok to be round pegs in square holes. To be innately curious, and unconventional. To see problems as adventures, With many paths to better. We are passionate and resilient, knowing we are not alone. We grow together, ever learning, and flourishing. Seeking progress, one step at a time, towards a future we inspired.
Square Holes' name is inspired by Apple’s 1997 Think Different campaign – “the round pegs in the square holes, the ones who see things differently,” and Steve Job’s strategy to save the near bankrupt brand by “trying to get back to the basics (of great products, great marketing and great distribution).” We help clients get the basics right.
20 years is a long time, but perhaps it isn't. We are excited about the seeds for the next 20.
