How Can We Build the Workforce of the Future?
The digital world of work presents us with new challenges and exciting opportunities. New job roles are created just as some disappear. Employees may need to re- or upskill, adapt to new ways of working and follow uncharted career paths. But how are organizations making changes to their talent strategy to embrace these opportunities – and what are the next steps?
As part of our desire to find out more about this, we have been running a global survey over the past few months. Over 2,600 people have taken part and given us their view of what their organization is doing to manage the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities. We’re now able to share the results from the survey and the insights the results give us. But, perhaps more importantly, we will go beyond the survey scores and suggest ways in which organizations can take the next steps.
