How can communities and public servants collaborate to disrupt inequitable governmental systems? How can a state government embed anti-racist practices across 200 agencies? What can a state government do to lift up the voices of its Black and Brown residents??
The Centre for Public Impact is partnering with Washington State’s Office of Equity to launch a three-year-long program to dissect these questions and more. Focused on embedding equitable practices across Washington State government, the Washington Equity Program underscores the State’s commitment to developing structures that center the needs of marginalized community members.
