How Can Speaking Truthfully Transform Your Life?

Daily Dose of Integrity
Stop before you speak and think about what you're about to say as often as possible throughout the day.
Ask yourself, “Is this the most truthful I could be?”
Your courage will be limited—there’s only so much truth you can currently handle—but push yourself to the limit of your current ability.
If you really can’t be honest, if it’s just too much for you, then do nothing instead—At least don’t lie or deceive.
Another way to look at confidence is as choosing honesty over manipulation.
Confrontational assertiveness means stating your preferences at any given time.
Whatever it is you want or don’t want, like or dislike—always make that known.
You don’t have to win the battle. Remember, this is not aggression. You’re not trying to get everything you want; you’re simply making it known where you stand.
Don’t let anyone push you around.
