How can the risks of challenge be reduced when not supervising the execution of the Will?

Additionally, you are also able to screen share the Will in full or in part to your client.
When sending documents to your clients, either electronically or by post, our webinar will demonstrate the secure website where your client can confirm all of the necessary information and answers to questions in relation to the execution, in order to confirm it has been completed according to the Wills Act 1837.
