How can OpenAI's ChatGPT support your Support? Here is my tiny zendesk app :D

By integrating ChatGPT with your support system, you can support your support team to accurate responses to their queries and concerns, reducing response times and improving customer satisfaction.

As a "weekend" engineer, I developed a tiny Zendesk app that integrates with OpenAI's ChatGPT.

This Zendesk app integrates with OpenAI's chatgpt to proofread and suggest improvements to customer support agents' responses before sending them to customers. The app provides suggestions for grammar, spelling, and tone, helping to ensure that the support agent's response is clear, accurate, and aligned with the brand's voice.

Here is a simple example that support agent gets a draft response based on the ticket conversation;

The app will be published in Zendesk Marketplace soon, you can try it out with your OpenAI paid apikey. In additon, it is open source and available on GitHub, making it easy for developers to customize and build upon its functionality. It's a great example of how businesses can leverage AI and automation to improve their customer support operations.
