It’s time people recognized that #women-led businesses have provided great impetus to our economy. A woman starting her own business can do well by finding what she loves, making good connections, and planning her business well. After thinking carefully about her risks, she needs to get a small business loan easily, and she’s raring to go! So what are Indian women entrepreneurs hoping to see in upcoming policies? Come, grab a cup of chai, and let's dive into what's on our wishlist! Women are looking for solid support to take our businesses to new heights.
Making rules that treat everyone the same, fixing any missing rules, using what women are good at, and supporting strong businesses are some things that can make women entrepreneurs in India feel stronger and more confident.
Cash Flow Benefits: You know what's a game-changer for us? Easy access to cash! Our entrepreneur buddies are crossing their fingers for smoother processes to get loans, lower interest rates, and maybe even a special fund just for them. It's like giving their dreams a giant boost.
Skill-Boosting Experiences: Imagine having a treasure chest filled with awesome skills. That's what women entrepreneurs are after—workshops, mentors, and online courses tailored just for them. It's all about brushing up on their talents and feeling like total bosses in the business world.
Safe Spaces to Market: Infrastructure is the most vital piece of the puzzle for businesses. The budget could give a leg up to women-owned businesses by creating safe co-working spaces and incubators. With upgraded digital platforms for online businesses that provide skill and market development assistance, women can shine brighter.
Policies That Relate to Them: Our lady entrepreneurs want policies that understand their problems. Issues like work-life balance, parental leave perks, and a spokesperson for women in male-dominated sectors. It's about creating a playing field where everyone can thrive. Women need those in power to realize their ideas are awesome, feel confident about them, and teach them not to be afraid to ask for help.
Tax Privileges: Who doesn't love a good tax break? The budget could throw in some incentives for women-led startups—less tax stress, exemptions on certain expenditures, and extra points for hiring a diverse team. It's like giving them a financial pat on the back.

Health and Happiness: Beyond business, our entrepreneurs are all about wellness. Affordable healthcare and a safety net during tough times—because a happy entrepreneur is a thriving entrepreneur.
Tech and Innovation Magic: Technology is the future. The government could focus on women entrepreneurs in #STEM fields—research grants, tech education, and awards for their amazing innovations. I believe women have this inner strength that helps them deal with surprises, learn from mistakes, and keep going without giving up. It's all about believing in themselves and their dreams.
Market Growth for Everyone: Taking their products to the world! The right strategies could pave the way for our entrepreneurs to shine on the international stage. We want help in smoothing export hurdles, creating platforms, and giving them a spotlight on the world map.
Rural Entrepreneurship Aid: Let's not forget that the lakhpati didis need subsidized and accessible capital and market connections with potential buyers. Let the new financial policies provide skill and market development assistance. It's about spreading the entrepreneurial net far and wide by providing financial literacy, skill centers, and microfinance access.
Green and Clean Cheers: #Sustainability is the need of the hour! The government could give a nod to women entrepreneurs going green—rewards for eco-friendly moves, cheers for sustainable practices, and a thumbs-up for making the world a better place.
So, there you have it—the wishlist of our incredible women entrepreneurs. I think women in business do well because they work extra hard with the few chances they get. Also, when women succeed, they want to help other women succeed too. It's like a cycle of support and success.

5 个月This is absolutely wonderful! There's something so powerful about creating a space where women can share stories, strategies, and support. It reminds me of the ancient concept of weaving circles, where women would gather to share wisdom and strengthen the collective feminine energy. Your newsletter feels like a modern extension of that idea, and I can't wait to delve into its content. Here's to your success in empowering women to reach their full potential! I'm sure it will be a beacon of inspiration for many.

5 个月Women entrepreneurship can be promoted by reducing gender bias, and accepting the strengths of women involvement, and its high potential in reducing the skills gap in India, be it in Entrepreneurship or in workforce. Speaking from personal experience, their potential can be tapped effectively, where management is supportive and their team is willing to accept, accommodate and support them, during occasional decline in productivity and engagement on projects, acknowledging the challenges they face and the flexibility they need, to handle the dual role of managing family and professional roles. The new government can support Indian women entrepreneurs by enhancing access to funding, expanding mentorship and training programs, and implementing policies that encourage gender equality in the business sector. Initiatives like the Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) and Startup India are crucial in providing the necessary resources and support.
