Impressed clients will fuel your business, they’ll tell others about you, and they’ll guarantee your longevity in the industry. When a client is impressed with you, that means you’ve done your job well; and the rewards that come from impressing clients (positive testimonials and reviews, word-of-mouth referrals, repeat business, etc.), will motivate you to do better and better. Because your clients are engaging in such a big decision, they need to trust you. Trust, as you know, takes some time to build.
