Write about your Learnings, Problems, Solutions, Affirmations, and Gratitude
Reflect on all these to narrow down your scattered thoughts
Investigate your surrounding if you are unable to write anything
Give your 5-15 minutes at least to journal
End with expressing gratitude and powerful affirmations. .. I'm blessed…/ I feel……
Final Thought
You often get confused when you have many options before you. Lack of clarity and awareness is one of the reasons. Journaling allows you to bring clarity to all aspects of life.
Without investment, jot down everything, including good and bad, to enhance focus. An extreme focus turns a mindset into a growth mindset means intense growth.
