I remember when I grew up as a student in school,I had a fear of not wearing a tie, and due to this, I got punished by my school teacher.
My dad used to help me in binding my tie.
But, if I forgot any time, FEAR teased me a lot.
?
Then I realized that if I could learn the art of binding my tie, my skill could replace this fear.
I did the same. Once I returned from school, I watched the mirror, picked up the tie, and kept practicing it. It improved over a while. and soon, my friends used to take my help to bind their school ties.
?
If you can face your fear with a little bit of practice every day, chances are you will overcome your fear of public speaking just like I did with binding my school tie.
FEAR is a natural response and our brain invites it naturally due to a lack of preparation, a situation of chaos or an environment of reputation at stake.
This is how you can replace public speaking anxiety with a powerful public speaking skill;
1.Analyse your fear and its depth by self-introspection
2. Believe in yourself and read, write, and speak about it regularly.
3. Hear 1 speech per day for 100 days.
4. Start recording 1 video per day for 21 days
5. Go for 21 days live on Facebook or LinkedIn.
I promise that you will not only see changes in your anxiety but also you will empower yourself for better things in life.
