How can I really live a purposeful life?

In my readings today, I have learnt three things that are barriers to living a purposeful life:
- Fear of failure - we need to learn to fail by recognizing the failure and create psychological safety for people working with us, analyzing the failure - ask ourselves why the mistake/error has occurred and by creating an environment to experiment failure [Thomas Edison is a good example in experimenting to fail].
- Inclination to conform to other people expectations and opinions - We need to be true to ourselves if we are to live a purposeful life. Sometimes doing what is right might mean going against others.
- Aspiration to a perfect life - Perfection leads to frustrations and I think we all know what comes when we are frustrated. We will never be perfect. We need to know what is good enough in our lives.
