How can I Get a Job / Client?

I get personally many messages on can I get a job or can I get a Client if you are an entrepreneur. Many Spam messages from the so-called business development team. I usually don't like to be advised nor do I do that. I wanted to share how we do so it will be useful for some.

We don't deal with it the normal typical way that any company or any person deals and we always do it our style and I wanted to share our style so it will be helpful for some.

I hate talking to people who see what's in for me, or come with an agenda and try to make a deal in the first meeting. ( We being customers we close most business in 1-2 meetings)

Be a SuperStar. Not a Novice

Be a SuperStar in whatever you do, be it doing a tea or an app or showcasing a skill. Do with love and don't be a novice. Practice makes you a Superstar, there are thousands of cricketers but why few names leave for life in our hearts like Sachin, Dhoni, Kapil Dev.

They practice hard, they take a skill practice day and night. Don't go to war without practice it will kill you and don't do war in a room. Practice gets you skilled, get out practice in the training field and learn more in doing rather than reading. Start Practicing by doing.

Magic doesn't happen overnight but it's a 5-mins act which requires years of practice

Everyone started as a fresher, be it anyone and everyone started small, be it billion dollar companies like Apple, Google, Flipkart, Freshworks but they have been a superstar in the little thing they did even initially that's how other people find their greatness and they grow.

Don't keep asking. Start Giving.

First, let's leave what we can ask for? There are thousands of people who sent resumes to thousands of employers. How are you different? Always see what you can give

Always dont see what can i get, see what you can give. Perspective changes

All companies will have a gap, say we have a gap we have been thinking to make a video a person sent an email with just two lines saying we make videos ( explainers) with a link which showcased their great work. We reached to them asking to make such videos for us and the prices were good and we kick-started.

See What You can give, What great value you can add to that company. Put the value on the table.

Do with Love or Don't Do it

Do Everything and Anything that you do, from Heart with Love and Passion else don't do it.

Whatever you do, do with love and from your heart, it can be felt across miles. 

Anything that you seed will take time to grow.

Don't be desperate and don't push and rush things just because you have an emergency that other person doesn't need to be pushed or rushed. You do great work or put a value on the table ( seed) now water and wait don't keep digging and see whether the plant has grown, it will never grow. Be Patient.

Some seeds take only a few days and some take years to grow.

Don't be complaining. Be Positive, Be a Solution not a Problem

Don't be complaining in everything you see, you know there are no jobs, there are no openings for freshers, there are no projects, I don't have reference, Govt is not good, etc .. while you are saying this many freshers and many jobs and many projects are given.

Be Positive and try to be a solution and not a problem. Everybody has problems so its an opportunity for you if you become the fixer, you have millions of problems to fix.

You are, as you are because of your thoughts, ( ?????? ???? ?????? ).

You live as you wish.

When we got our first project or be it the latest project we put value on the table, we put ourselves in their shoes and present beautiful solutions with love with no hidden agenda, we show we are a superstar with our designs, apps and we do magic and when people ask we tell them a premium price and they knew it's worth giving it because we save their time, we provide so much value ( solutions, ideas, business) and give peace of mind.

So before we do we practiced hard with our heads down for 5 years, no one knows about us, we never went out, we practicing and working in the small space. We never did any meeting, networking, and marketing. We learned and practiced to do the magic. We do great work first for us to sleep happy that we did something great even though clients cant see that difference we push for pixel perfection with love.

If you are fresher, learn something be it a design, development or being open, people know you are fresher and they see in that area given that context, they see how different and how super you are, they don't expect a 20-year experience superstar in the first movie but they can gauge how different how good you are and how big superstar in that context, in that given framework and time. We all are made of imperfections so people accept the mistakes and its ok to be imperfect we are humans and not Gods.

No One Knows everything except Google, so it's ok to say I don't know if you don't know.

Find something that you love, practice day and night in that, be confident and go for war you will lose many before you win Big. Wish you all the best

Don't lose hope when you lose. We all fail, we learn, its better to fail rather than fearing that will fail. So go out fail small, fail fast and do lose hope, practice go fight the war, if u lose learn the mistakes, then again go practice and fight the war, if you keep losing it, then it's not the correct playground, chose your playground and win it in your style, you can't play the ball in hand if you are playing football, if you have good hands play cricket, play baseball and if you have good legs then play football, choose what you love and what you are good in. Don't think you have never won in your life. Don't feel inferior. Don't think you cant do.

You are born to win. You have already own many brothers and sisters of your own blood .You Won and then born.

Do think you have never won in your life. Do feel proud of you. Do think only you can do.

You are here for a purpose, find the purpose.
