In part 5 of my mini-series on overcoming worry, I encourage you to look for the patterns in your worry. What is it you worry about? What triggers your worry? How does your worry tend to show up? Catastrophising? All or nothing thinking? Generalisation. Looking for the patterns can really help you. You can also then start to challenge your worry in a more constructive way once you start to see your worries as separate from you.
