How can I experience a growth spurt in my startup?

Let’s accept the fact; today startups are no longer concentrated in hubs like Silicon Valley but the globe has become the ground for entrepreneurs, to come forward and share their vision. 

This means you have more competition than ever before. To experience a growth spurt in your business venture is not about waving a magical wand, and see pixie dust doing its magic, but you need to have patience with the learning attitude to pick the best from the table.

I have seen many startups failing because they don’t have a viable business model or idea. Many fail because they haven’t been able to gain enough traction or cope up with the competition. But some startups even after successfully traversing market challenges still don’t manage to survive or grow. And trust me this problem seems to be real.

Growth can happen only when you bring something in the market that is REQUIRED. You need to get out of your comfort zone to validate your idea with customers before, and during, startup establishment.

It is very common to experience hiccups on your road to major business success, and you must know that 9 times out of 10, the reason for your business plateauing is YOU.

Yes, you have the power to make the changes, embrace, to be flexible, and most importantly you need to be there to LEARN. 

My mantra to grow is to think big, talk growth, and unlearn to learn more. And simply sit back and witness your business grow and become more successful
