How can I determine when to use #LeSS and when to use other Frameworks?

Hi All,

Here is a Mini Blog that based on another question that came up on my latest course in Basel and after my famous post  Why should you attend the next LeSS Training in your area that I promised to answer ...So here we Go..

So this time the Q was (as you can see in the title):How can I determine when to use #LeSS and when to use other Frameworks?

A:You should use LeSS if you are an organization adopting agile and has not yet fully comprehended how to continuously improve by using empirical process control, an organization that suffers from all of the unnecessary complexity that was built into the system after scaling it “the wrong way”.

Once the organization is on the path of continuous improvement and has stripped down all of the complexity, then you are probably better of detaching yourself from the boundaries of the framework.

This process can take years or even possibly continue forever…

As to the question of when to use other frameworks: I dont really have a good answer to this one. Sorry :)  My personal answer would be “never!”  :)
