How can I create more peace right now?

I am at a loss for words about what is currently happening. It breaks my heart. It pulls me inside to see where I have a war burning inside of me - because we all do. This is a reminder for us to create more peace: within us, around us, beyond us.?

Sending my light to the world, without intention. Just offering a remembering to everyone out there, of the love and light within us. Honoring that everyone can choose light, yet doesn’t have to. Sitting in the light trusting in the light within everyone.?

Because every session, workshop and meditation is a remembering for this world of our light, peace and love.?

??Allow myself to feel it all. Allow myself to distract. Allow myself to use my voice. Allow myself to use my silence. Allow myself to be amidst all of this?
