Our ICF certified executive & leadership coaching programme can open so many opportunities for you to create a rewarding, fulfilling career while helping others! As adult learners, however, we all have other commitments – whether that’s other education, family, current work, caring responsibilities etc. At The Executive Coaching Bootcamp, we have made our ICF certification easy to flex and integrate around your schedule – all while providing you with advanced practical experience and theoretical knowledge. Also, our entire programme is fully virtual so there are no travel arrangements to consider either.

YOU ONLY NEED TO TAKE 3 DAYS OFF FOR TRAINING!

Our programme is structured in such a way that you will only need to take 3 days off for the entire certification! And that’s just for the Bootcamp itself, which is the only intensive aspect of the programme. Apart from the Bootcamp, the rest of your learning can fit around your other commitments, as it’s designed to be extremely flexible and can all be accessed online at a time that suits you. Previous experience is also not required, as we carefully guide both new and experienced coaches through a series of specific advanced exercises to quickly develop everyone’s skills and techniques at the same rate.

Live Learning Requirements (fully virtual):

• Our Intensive 3-day bootcamp will get you ready and confident to start coaching clients right away. You will learn in small groups with other, like-minded individuals and plenty of one-to-one time with a master trainer.
• Afterwards, you will have 4 x 90 minute follow-up sessions, scheduled to suit your availability and that of your cohort. These are easy to fit in around other commitments.
• You will also get 10 hours of ICF Mentor Coaching, spread over 3 months to enhance your style and further polish your personal technique. That amounts to only an hour or so per week, so it won’t get in the way of your other commitments too much.
• Additionally, we have numerous live web classes for you to choose from with plenty of availability to suit busy schedules and time zones. These help you to earn your 20.5 hours of required live web classes as quickly or as gradually as your availability allows.

So, that’s 62.5 hours of live learning – we’ve made it flexible and manageable, so most of it can be completed at your own pace and on your own terms.

Offline Learning Requirements:

• The offline learning requirement is also really easy to fit around your other commitments. In your own time and at a pace that suits you, gradually watch 37.5 hrs of our pre-recorded web classes. We have a huge library of classes for you to choose from and you can collect these hours whenever you have an hour to spare. No rush.
• Just collect 25 hours of self-study time, which you can earn from books, podcasts, and videos of your choice, as long as they are relevant to coaching. We also have an exclusive members area with a large library of resources that you can use for this. This is entirely guided by you, so you can earn these hours through bed-time reading alone if you like. It’s that easy.

So, that’s 62.5 hours of offline learning. We keep it simple and flexible so you can get through it on your own terms and in your own time.

COACH EXPERIENCE HOURS ARE AT THE CORE OF YOUR LEARNING

There is nothing like actual coaching experience to help you become the best executive coach you can be! Depending on the certification you choose, you will also need to complete 100 hours for the ACC certification or 500 hours for the PCC certfication. But we help you earn these hours as part of the prgramme. If you already have coaching clients, that’s great – you can use those hours towards your certification and get paid in the process. If you’re not coaching quite yet, we can match you with fellow students so you can coach each other and earn your hours that way. We will also give you plenty of business development and marketing skills to attract paying clients and recoup your investment as quickly as possible.
