In terms of productivity, analytics has allowed us to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements quickly. At my last company, we achieved an €80 million saving plan driven entirely by data analytics, showing the power of these tools in making informed decisions.

Erin stepped into her role in 2021 during a period of high turnover in the team, During her tenure, Erin has overseen the transformation of the team into a high functioning consultative people analytics function.
