Experience is a significant asset as an agent. When paired with knowledge and passion, your value is beyond evident. Get a jump on the action by refreshing your knowledge about recent property activity in the area. Things change every year in every community, not just during the pandemic years when changes were more pronounced. Deep dive into the areas you work in most frequently to edge above the competition. If you know your numbers, trends and new developments, it’ll be easier for your clients and potential clients to view you as the local expert.

Automate time-intensive processes and nurture your relationships

During the busy months of spring and summer, you may not have time to send emails and post on social media. Yet, you don’t want to drop off social networks or let leads go cold. As much as you can, keep leads warm and followers engaged by automating communications and scheduling social posts in advance.
