How can this be easy?

Have you ever asked yourself, “Why is this so easy?” Probably not. Most of the time, we ask ourselves, “Why is this so hard?!".

?Mindset Reset:?Make it easy.?Where have you been making life harder than it needs to be? I'll give you an example.

I had a coaching session my personal consciousness coach?Lisa Almquist?and we talked about cooking because--I'm not a fan. Yet, I know my kids and I need to eat and stay healthy--it's basic science. Lisa asked, “How can you make this easier?” I thought about it and said I'm going to Trader Joe's as soon as we hang up.?

?I went to TJ's to make chicken soup because the air is getting crisp, and soup is always the way to go in the fall. I saw a pre-made plastic container with all of the chicken soup vegetables, like onions, carrots and celery pre-cut. I thought,?

“Am I really going to be so lazy that I buy pre-made, cut-up vegetables that are basically double the price of non-chopped vegetables?”?

Then I thought, "Why am I making this harder? Get the pre-cut vegetables, Lisa!"?

?So I did. And my life became easier – it CAN be that simple.

?Two alums of?Clear Vision U join me on Find Your Clear Vision podcast! Beth Fuller and Toni LoCasto have two very different stories of why they joined the CVU program. Beth was shifting her career from corporate HR to becoming a licensed therapist. She joined CVU for the marketing, personal branding, and mindset aspects of what I teach.
