how can changing "Bad" Things to "Good" things by Thinking about yourself and How can Thinking by Programming.
EVERYTHING started for ME by “feelings of Anger” when i had also when i was SAD.
one day i decided to do something about these Dangerous feeling in my Head and in My Heart also inside my Soul.
i thought should do something before getting something like Cancer ;-). because these Feeling was very Strong in my soul and i really didn't have any Control to them.
does matter who gave you these Dangerous feeling and why and where and when or for what. it is important to me but these things are kind of Private so let me keep them for myself.
but let me tell you we all have/had mistake in our Life. (me , you and those guys who gave you these bad Feelings) and i think We must accept our mistakes.
you can't change people , especially those gave you these bad feelings so the best way is changing yourself also changing your mindset or thinking to good things and forget/forgive them.
i tried to changing myself and i tried to thinking to other things (Better things) for forgetting my BAD feeling like "Angry".
how i did it?
I did it by Programming and thinking about my Job also thinking about my passion . yes , I tried to forget my Bad Feelings by Thinking to New and Good/Useful things for All , every single day by Programming.
and let me say this "this was not Simple or Easy" it is possible but it is not Easy , at least it was hard for me.
right now after 2 years i can not say i have not Bad Feeling always , but i can say this "i can Control my BAD Feelings by Positive Thinking & (Programming) more often." and those people can't hurt me again like past.
so if you have/had some Feeling like me , i promise you can change these BAD things to Good Things also you can make Useful things by "Positive" thinking about yourself and Positive thinking about others. at least i don't think my C# Codes or my Articles was BAD things for "hurting" others , "I hope" and by this way i have better feeling and i am better person if i want to compare myself with last two years.

7 年I totally understand what you mean. The game changer for me was a subliminal core change of thinking. That one thought made me focus on what was needed to get done... Getting up earlier to get to work .vs i don't want go in, staying later to fix one more thing .vs I can't wait to leave... That one thought was real enough for me to skew everything in my favor... "I work for NASA" ...regardless of that being real or not made the difference for me. It was real enough to get me in into state. Thank you for your post.
